Pccleaner, eraser, evidence eliminator Help?

i have all 3 of these programs on my computer.

and was wondering what exactly does it do. I want to use it to get rid of old yahoo and aim instant messages and old files that i have deleted today. But im scared that using these programs, it will delete EVERYTHING completly off my computer.

i dont want everything on my computer to be deleted, just certain files that i have "deleted" already thats still in my system. the "hidden files"..

can somebody tell me if any of these 3 programs do that, and how i can make sure i dont delete the wrong files and programs.

Try ccleaner it will delete old registry files and clean cookies , temp files etc.
