Depends upon which email program you use but normally there's a 'button' that says 'Forward'.

If it's a random scam you'll be wasting your money. They are very hard to trace. Put it down to experience and don't open emails from anyone you don't know. Most certainly don't reply to them.

If you've actually lost money go to the police.
