How to delete? |
I have a web page that continuously pops up. Yes it is, and no I havent. if you get my drift. Can anyone tell me how to stop this as my grandchildren occasionally use my Computer If you are using Windows internet explorer then your best bet is to do the following. Download Firefox Internet Browser - it's far more helpful at combating pop-ups. I've had the same issue. Simply run a virus scanner that will search for ADWARE. try deleting the cookie or caches. Well you have a virus and spyware download Some nice Ani virus and spyware trojon horse software. you probably got spyware / adware problem Go to your toolbar on your web browser, click on tools, then internet options, Click delete cookies, then click on Delete files... A pop up will appear asking you if you want to delete offline files also. checkmark the box. Then move to clear history. Delete your existing desktop and create a new one. Don't forget to save your files in "Shared Documents". id get a different virus scanner and scan and if it keeps popping up id reformate but id you dont want to reformate then id get a internet scanner.
