Blocking Ports?

Can anyone tell me how to block specific outgoing and incoming ports (namely those for World of Warcraft) on my friends PC please.

If you have access to his Firewall, you can block all but the specific ports that he needs.

The questions of the day are:

Do you have that kind of access to your friend's firewall?

Would your friend appreciate you messing with it like that?

windows firewall
any software firewall
stop the specific services
