I really need help on the little bar with the time on the bottom right corner of my computer?

I keep getting alerts saying that I have a virus and that I should download this anti spyware and that anti spyware . I don't think I have a virus and I need help stopping these annoying popups on my toolbar. PLEASE HELP

Same problem mate, lets see what the brainy ones come up with. Ive tried everything all my anti virus software is running and up to date , so i just keep clicking them of , but i agree it's annoying. My spyware doctor is also clear.
