Computer TROUBLE HELPP!?

my dad downloaded a spywear or protection program thing on our computer and it sucks so bad. i can't do antyhign on facebook, my computer is SUPER SLOW now, i have a toolbar above my address one that won't go away(i tried everything to make the toolbar go away) and i always get stupid little yellow speak bubble things on my bottom tool bar that say "System Alert: Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx " and i dunno WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!

Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx is NOT a real virus. That warning is fake. It is a scam to attempt to get you to purchase a rogue malware removal product. The balloon about "Your computer is infected" or "System Alert", is always false, phony and fradulant. The actual trojan that has caused your problem is no doubt one of the hundreds (now in the thousands)of varients of what is commonly called "Zlob".

However your computer is indeed infected. This infection is called Smitfraud and it is what is giving you the phony scam virus warnings( and often redirect you to a site selling a bogus anti virus product), trying to sell you junk such as Pest Capture, Pest Trap, Virus Burst, Spyware Quake,Virus Heal and other non working anti virus apps.

Most "All-Purpose" malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unforturnatly can not remove this vile pest called Smitfraud.

Are you sure it was not slow before he loaded the software. It sounds like a virus is in your system. This is because you are getting a trojan alert. Its probably in there! and there may be easy way to remove it. I would have it scanned and make a determination from there on what steps are needed to remedy the condition.

Go to a reliable site and down load a free Virus protection program and free ad removal programs.
There's no reason you cant have a virus and ad free computer.
I use "KIMKOMANDOSHOW.COM " for all my down loads.
She has plenty.

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
