Is it possible to remote read an email and then delete it remotely?

If you're referring to internet mail, you can check, delete, whatever you want no matter where you are. If it's work-related email, you should check with your company group in charge of network issues. My office has the capability to check email remotely, but I had to get my account set up to do so. When you check it remotely that way, yes you can delete, reply, forward, anything you want. If your company has its own intranet (not internet), then you should be able to.

If you have a web-based email account (such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail), you can access it from anywhere in the world, as long as you have internet access, or a phone with WAP and a signal. You will be able to access/edit the account as normal, so you can delete emails if you want.
