Wireless Hacking with Psp?

Is it possible for someone to hack my coded (WEP) wireless connection (Linksys G-wireless router) with there psp? I know that someone is doing this, but I see no way how it could be possible.

No. The only thing doing this could be a laptop or desktop. how do you know someone is on your network?It is impossible to hack wifi with a psp

Not sure but you should use WPA instead of WEP. Also, what I do to make my network more secure is to register the MAC addresses of all my devices and only let those access the network. I even explicitly assign each on an IP address and don't allow the router to go outside the range I use.

Linksys is a great wireless router, but it is one of the easiest to hack with or without an ethernet plugged in to the host.

Try to encode it to use the mac address of what you want to use with the router only. This is the safest way but still hackable by an experienced hacker

If he guessed your password...he can basically go online and even get access to your router settings from this psp. the psp has a web browser. what u can do on your pc, he can pretty much do on his psp.

I check email and news from my psp when my nephews use up both our computers.

well its certainly not impossible, although it would be rather difficult, and there are no well known software to do this, unless the person doing it is highly skilled and created software to do it himself, then its unlikely he is using a psp to do it
