Computer problems, Can you help me?

My yahoo tool bar won't stay. Every time I change pages I have to hit web again and then tools and tool bar twice . Computer runs very slow (dial up) . I also lose connection regularly. I have run all kinds of programs looking for virus's and problems and none appear. Maybe settings are wrong somw where but I don't know where. I have used all factory default settings trying. I sure hope you can help.

Why don't you remove the toolbar ussing the add/remove feature on control panel(start-control panel-add remove programs), click on the yahoo toolbar description and click on change/remove, then restart your computer download and reinstall the toolbar again, so the registry entries can be properly linked.
Let us know how it goes.

rebuild it.. you will be there alll year trying to find the problem with a 3rd party app like that

have you tried uninstall,and then reinstall the tool bar?
