Type of virus?

are there virus' out there that you simply send to someone then you have complete control over their pc when they get it? because i think someone has done that to me

That would be remote desktop. No one can access your computer unless you permit.

called a trojan horse, why would you want to do that when you can just use remote control assistant.

well not really there are types of viruses out there can do that. but not total control there called keyloggers.

virus is a programme. that is mainly used for hacking and also be used for other purpose. complete control...............
no 1.. (might be)
u downloaded(a virus) *.exe file. wich will work as a spy and help u r oppenent or the person who manly hacked u. if that he has hacked u that way he might have changed the password. and might also have control upon u r docunments. but for that he must be a good hacker.

no 2... (might be)
u downloaded a simpler virus that just disables u to use u r computer not os serious depending upon u r virus someone might be able ot get rid of it.

no 3... (no guarentee but heard government have made this)
a virus that damages u r ...bios... or something like that that i am not sure and have never seen case like that ( but my friend said it is there not sure) then u will have to throw u r hole pc or computer.

the most possibe answer is no 2 so get someone who knows a bit more about computer.
