Remote virus cleansing?

How can I create a program that will allow me to have access (with their consent) and allow me to scan for viruses/spyware remotely. The only way I can think of is to make my own activeX control, but I don't really know how. Can you help moi?

doing anything remotely on your computer, which mean you must leave remote access option on, just isn't good
as this leaves your computer open for any hacker to access it any times you leave it on and your not around

your better to run a virus and/or spyware program from a jumpdrive or CD if you want another choice
there are those out there that are stand alone, never need be install, they are limited but will work for certain things
I personally have a paid virus and registry repair program of which I keep updated on disc, never installed, can be run on any computer I wish as many times as i wish.
but also run Free ones on virus and spyware on computer all the time
