PDF protection when posting one online? Is it possible? |
I want to post pdf files onto my blogspot blog so that people can read them when they click on them, however, I want to make sure that the actual files cannot be downloaded, and that the text cannot be cut or pasted. Basically I want to share, but I don't want my files to be downloaded, circulated and found on any other websites. Thanks a bunch if you can help. In order to restrict someone from downloading off your website you can use a simple html / javascript code to "disable right click" and force the pdf to load within the website frame... Not sure with which program,but ive seen some pdf documents that are protected,i couldnt copy text from there or edit it in any way. I don't know Impossible. you can forbid copy and paste and printing through the use of the adobe drm, but you can't forbid download. |
