What is difference between hacking and spoofing?

What is difference between hacking and spoofing?

Though the accepted definition of "hacking" is breaking into a network for malicious purposes, that is not what hacking is, at all. Hacker mentality is based on exploring things deeply to figure out how to do things - sometimes in a manner that the item or program being hacked was not originally intended to do. Hacking is a study of curiosity. The real term for breaking into networks is actually "cracking".

Spoofing is one of many tools used by crackers to break into a network (or the target the cracker is after). Spoofing can take the form of an e-mail that appears to be from an official of a communications company claiming that they need the target's log in information to "ensure the account is working properly" (this is commonly called phishing). Spoofing can also come in the form of e-mail spam/virus-laden e-mails. The FROM field looks like it's from your friend or other trusted source. In fact, it's from somebody you do not know... they spoofed the headers in the e-mail to make it look like the message is from a trusted source.

Hope this wordy answer gives you what you need.

Hacking is actually breaking into someone else's computer or to a computer network.

Spoofing is sending bogus emails (aka spam).

thro hacking, u can get space, address and personal data of other person and networks
by spooking u just spread any code exe or soft materials viruses to other persons / networks

well said above,

First of all hack means cut or chop violently. The word is used in different senses, and when used in different places, its meaning is changed.

And another meaning is a house kept for riding (horses), and Hack work means dull repetitive work. And hackles means Hair or feathers on the back of some animal or birds when they are in anger.

And another meaning is that an enthusiast, one who breaks into the computer system of a company or Government

This much only I can say. And another thing is that spoofing is that related ot something to computers, Ip address faking, it means faking the sending address of a transmission in order to gain illegally entry into a secure system. Eg. email spoofing.

But that's all I can say for this question. I hope my answer may help u out.
