in XP(and earlier) go to control panel.add remove programs or (system) restore, in Vista, restore or programs and features in mac drop it into the trash bin, if it says something and leeds you to the mac add delete programs, go there

You need to identify which trojan you have infected yourself with and then remove it with an updated security suite from a reliable vendor and with possible additional manual removal on your part (depending on which you're infected with).

You can simply format the entire machine to get rid of any/all types and then update the windows updates and install and update proper security to ensure you are protected.
