You have to open certain ports on the router or in the firewall software so that hackers, I mean files, can get in.

I don't know why you have two security programs.
Clearly avg and norton are going to conflict with each other. Anytime you install more than one antivirus they will conflict and cause neither to work properly and will all have to be completely and properly uninstalled and the system rebooted before installing and updating the porper one.

So not only are you inadequately securing your computer but you are now wanting to download illegal pirated files onto that insecure system?

I do not believe you know whether or not it is truly a firewall issue.
