I would recommend you invest in a proper security suite (antivirus, firewall, antispyware, etc) from one reliable vendor (like mcafee or even norton) and ensure it is properly configured and kept completely up to date.

The trojan you have psw.generic5 the last letters seem to change randomly... is something that you allowed your computer to download and install... whether it was despite the warnings from your security or whether you had no security to begin with... the proper thing to do now is to identify the bug, identify whether it requires any manual removal, and update/upgrade your security to eradicate and protect in future.

You can try doing a web based scan from symantec.com to see if it has manual instructions.
