Cannot find my windows firewall.?

i have Windows XP Home Edition. I just downloaded limewire and it will not connect. I need to acces my firewall settings. it is not in my control panel at all. any help would be greatly appreciated. if anyone knows the Run: command for it that would be great.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Security Settings (Ensure you are in Category View) > Windows Firewall > Exceptions > Add Program...
