How do you find out who a piczo IP Adress belongs too?

Someone wrote something on my piczo site and didtn use their name, they used someone elses name...
anywho i wanna find out who wrote it but all i have is their IP adress. Help?

You won't be able to. The IP address is probably a dynamic one issued to lots of people at an ISP. The ISP won't tell you who was using it without a warrant from a magistrate (data protection act).
You can complain to the ISP however and give them the IP address and the time of the comment and they make take action under their terms of service contract with the user.

If you want to complain to the ISP send me the IP address and I'll give you the email address to complain to.
