I have the Internet 6.0 version. I need to disable the pop-up blocker in order to pay a bill to the city?

(it says so in the instructions to make online payments).
I went to "Internet Options", but I don't seem to have the pop-up blocker. I also checked my antivirus program, and it doesn't seem to have this feature either. Does this mean I don't need to worry about the blocker?

What about enabling cookies? Do I need to enable them?

Are the instructions generic (everyone sees them)? If so, just try it! If it works, then you're fine. If it doesn't, then check for a pop-up blocker.

If you have to ask about cookies, then you already have them enabled. It is done by default, unless you've turned them off.
