Spyware help?!?

My computer has a spyware/virus on it.. what can i download to fix it?!

get Norton anti-virus and ad--Aware. Norton is used to get rid of viruses and ad-aware is used to get rid of adware and spyware. run daily scan to make sure their isn't anything on your computer and have a firewall up and going all the time. thats all i can say.

oh, if you can't egt rid of it, then you will need to reset the computer. had to do that twice.
