No Adminstrator?

I still need help on this. I have tried going in to safe mode. Is reloading windows the only way? I did try that but it will not let me because there is no admin. I am not sure how he took me off. I was the admin on his computer. Can someone help me?

I need to know what you are planning on doing before recommending software.
Doing that is illegal and intruding onto some ones privacy.
