You know the ones i am talking about those who call your cellphone just to make fun of you, tease you.
Or even some Blank callers

just go to google.com and type call tracer.u will get an software to trace the call.this is really useful

dear friend

that is not that much easy to get address of a person who calls you. you at least need to have a FIR/case registered against that in police station. and than they may get you the details of the address of the person. or you must have links with higher portfolio holder to get that.

even you can get without all that but you will have to make many round of your service providers office and have to write a lots of applications.
so, it's not that much easy.
if you have got a friend in customer care than also he/she may help.
