How can i rebootmy computer?

every time i browse cant go to site .iertutil.dll need to install but how?

I can not find any valid info on the DLL you stated. Here is what I would do. First download and put on disk IE 7. Then uninstall the one you have installed. restart your pc in safe mode and run a virus/spyware scan. If you do not have any download the ones below and run the updates first the run the scans in safe mode.
Then restart in normal mode and reinstall the IE7.

To reboot your computer, go to the START button and click "All Programs." Move your cursor to the Accessories tab and another list should pop up. Look down the bottom and look for System Tools.

Then just click "System Restore" and select the destination to what time period you would like your computer to go to.
