How i can do download to printer dell 948?

Is it Dell 948 All in One? If so, just go here:

Click Drivers & Downloads
Choose a Model
Select Your Product Family and click Printers
Select Your Product Line and click Printer again
Select Your Product Model, scroll down and look for "948 (Photo-All-in-One) and click one.
It will say under Confirm your selection
"You have selected:
Printer 948 (Photo All-in-One)" and click confirm and select your operating system.

if u mean to dowload drivers u can go to www.drivers.com, u open an account (Free) then u download the driver u need.
Now also u can go to the brand maker and also download the drivers.
