Why my UMAX scanner 2000U, have this green and yellow line, any one have a solution for this?Thanks?

Ok, this solution need your hand little bit dirty... open the scanner housing and pull the lamp scanner aside. under the lamp position there is a long white paper( I call it paper or may be some kind of plastic). pull it up. than change with similar material. or if you don't have it. flip back the paper and put it just like the other side.
the result is not to perfect. but at least reduce the green and yellow line in your scanner display
