How do you submit a form in address bar?

This is what the form looks like

I want to get to location 2 (U.S. West) by putting a url in the browser.. I think it has too be like a javascript injection?

another thing... notice this is an "onchange" event... so notice the first value is just a place keeper (because if you select the first value, the item never really "changed".
