My PHP form isn't sending to my email?

I work mostly in HTML, but I had a PHP script designed for another site and altered it to fit my new one, but it's not sending to my email. I'm guessing it has something to do with the config.inc page, but I could definitely be wrong because I'm way out of my league here.

The config.inc file looks like this:
$CONFIG = array(

// Set user from which emails will be sent

'infoEmailFrom' => 'taxinformation@creditcardcommissions.co...

'infoEmailTo' => 'taxinfo@creditcardcommissions.com'

);

?>

Do I need to install something on my server for this to work? The form is linked to is creditcardcommissions.com /thanks.html and creditcardcommissions.com /thanks.php (without the spaces before the '/'). Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

thats your entire script? email me..... nothing seems right here at all....also try changing the file name to config.inc.php.....if that dont work email me with more details
