How can i animate words using imageready?

you see i really want to animate words using imageready for my friendster profile and for comment but one problem is that i do not know how if you are willing to answer my question please DO NOT USE HEAVY WORDS because i wiln't or i can't understand thank you ssssoooo much if you could help me.. :))

I will try to make it as simple as possible.

Create 3 layers in photoshop. In layer one type your text using a big thick font. Duplicate this layer and rotate this text anticlockwise by 15 degrees. Duplicate the first layer again and rotate the text clockwise 15 degrees. Jump to image ready. In the animation timeline create 3 frames. In frame 1 hide frame 2 and 3. In frame 2 hide layer 1 and 3. In frame 3 hide frame 1 and 2.
