The Webalizer or analog?

Webalizer or analog? I have a web site hosted with pair.com. Pair offers log files set up for either webalizer or analog. Which is better? I am no programmer and need something that installs and runs right out of the box.
Do these programs reside on my computer and I download the log files or do they reside on my server and I run it remotely?
