I need to create a website where people can create own webpage which is visible to others like a Directory.?

I checked a lot of scripts and commercial packages, but nothing fits exactly what I want.

Let me explain again.
I need a site, where members can signup.
These members get one webpage each.
Each Member / Company gets listed in the form of a Directory.

This is not a normal Link Directory. Nor is it a Classified Ads site.

Its basically a member directory with each member being allotted a dedicated webpage.

Can someone help ?
