Help with designing a new font?

I have found a font that I love on a retailers website that they won't let me have. (because they don't know how to transfer it to me and don't want to go to the bother of contacting their Web Design people to ask them, fair enough)
I have a screen shot of the font and now I want to find a way to put it into My Fonts but haven't got the first clue how to go about it.
Can anyone help?

There are softwares available which will help you in converting this font which you have ( screen shot ) into TTF ( Windows ).
