Damn that's a large program. Might I ask what it's for?

So, unless you are familiar with event listeners and things that respond to user input using the keyboard, I recommend you place the whole thing in a while loop that checks if the next line of user input is quit. If it is, then your program would terminate.

Then I'd recommend using switch. There are only so many commands that can be entered, so do a case for each of em. And your default would of course be something like "Command not understood".
