How do I make banners?

Ok, well me and my cousin made a Juno fanpage on Myspace (because as we all know, it is the BEST movie ever, lol) and I really need to learn how to make a banner to help promote it.

I was also thinking of 'tagging' our Juno's default picture onto my profile...would that help out, any?

You can make the image in any image manipulation tool. I like photoshop, you can use illustrator, paint, gimp whatever. Then you post it on your site, below list the html code so that people can paste it on their sites and link to yours.
