How do I get MS Word to grab an address from Excel?

I have to send the same letter to different home addresses. The Address list are located in an Excel spreadsheet. I want the Word document to link to the spreadsheet to get the address. Is this possible?

Yes, use mail merge.

It is not possable to get Word to read an excel list and chage what cell it show at the top of your letter.

It is possable to do this, but you need another program.
I think its called mail merge, try doing a search I'm sure you will find several programs that can do it but you will have to buy it, I don't know of any free ones
