What is the correct term to list on a resume?

In reference to daily website management duties consisting of adding/removing copy, keeping formats consistent, uploading images, not building.

-Website contribution
-Website management
-Website coordination

What you are describing is called Web Content Management

Website management sounds more proffesional

Management is the most professional and shows the highest position

well you decribe them as website management duties so that what you are comfortable calling the role so go with website management

My writing is maybe not nice, but that is how I judge my interviewers:

I would always be honest and let the person who interviews you, be the judge.

By not creating or building the sites, you do not fully manage despite how sexy the word sounds. You are actually coordinating... or website compliant

My advice towards your resume, I would be reluctant in using words above your abilities or when you are not sure....

This is the reason: In the interview tell interviewer what you really do and can do, that makes a better impression (you can do more) than you wrote, it will put you on a higher level. Than vice versa.... when you sell yourself in the resume and you can not commit when you are at the interview.

By the way, the word manage(s) means: You are the controller in that domain, including taking responsibility and decisions.
