How do you upload a Website made in Microsoft Word onto the internet?

It's done by FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
Just like browsing your windows files.

But, you cannot "code" a website in Microsoft Word as the Word will format the text and that can cause problems.
Alternatively, you could use notepad instead which uses no formatting at all.

So convert your Word document to an *.txt
and then well yeah, change it to *.html

I'm sorry, but if you do it in Microsoft word I will have to doubt you know how to make a website.
The upload depends on the service you have, either your hosting has a website for uploading files or it gives you ftp access, each case has it's own procedure.

You need a host site and an FTP program - search Internet for a free one - and Word document saved as HTML

Don't upload a site you made in Word and saved as html. It won't work. Word html isn't web html.

microsoft word is not webpage software, what your looking for is adobe dreamweaver. in dreamweaver there is built in FTP uploading.
