How can I open a photoshop picture and view it on paint?

the photoshop image type is *.PSD* that the paint program don't supported it then you need to save it as *.JPG* or
*.BMP* or *.PNG* or *.TIFF* or *.GIF* you can do it by photoshop program go to menu >save as >and save it as one of the upper types ,not just the photoshop there is program ACDSee and many>>

right click>open with>paint.

Open the program paint then go to the menu open and browse too the photo you want in the paint program.

Actually you can't open Photoshop files in Paint. You need to save it as a JPG or BMP or whatever Paint also reads.
