Voip and Sip with java?

i want to develop a program like Skype with java and i don't know how ?
i need your help?

This is very hard if you do not know programming very well. However, to help you on your way, you will need to look at the java media framework (JMF):

u must know the concept exactly and VOIP is huge topic better u discuss with someone who have knowledge about VOIP or SIP , i suggest u go for VOIP
