Is it possible to convert jpg file to PES?

I got a picture that i would like to embroider,

Unfortunately you cannot just convert a Jpeg file to a PES.

What you need is software which allows you to digitize the Jpeg file which then can become a PES file.

This is not really my area of interest, but I came a cross a website blog of someone who provides all the details about this and recommends the est digitzers based on what you can afford given the software you need starts from $500.
