Does anyone know any really good open source game engines?

I was wondering if anyone knew any good open source game engines. Free is always better. lol

There are a number of open source engines to suggest such as Ogre, Crystal Space, and Irrlicht. Torque is a great value for a commercial engine. Also, the "source of all knowledge" actually has a decent list at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_gam...

Try Crystal Space. It's LGPL. Free is good ;)

I'm using Ogre3d.

Platform? Free is rarely better. You get what you pay for.
