How do you post links on here?

I am still not very good at doing basic comuter skills and everything I do I taught myself or asked others on here. I see so many people actually put in links or sites for others to look at..please if you know tell it to me in very basic computer terms as I still am not even sure about copy and paste even yet..THANK YOU!

If you just type the URL, the website will create the hyperlink for you (a link that can be clicked to go to the website). So for instance, just type "http://www.yahoo.com" and you will get a hyperlink to the website.

As for Copy/Paste. You have a few options, select the text you wish to copy (left-click and drag the mouse over the text or hold shift and press the left/right arrow keys or if you wish to select all the text in the box, press Ctrl+A), then copy the text (right-click and select copy or in the browser, go to Edit > Copy or press Ctrl+C), then enter the text box you wish to paste to and paste the text (right-click and select paste or in the browser, go to Edit > Paste or press Ctrl+P)

Just go to a website and look at the URL address (internet address) on the "Address" bar on Internet Explorer browser. Then select the address on there (will be highlighted in dark blue). Now click on "Edit" at the top of the screen and then "Copy".

Next go to where you want to put the address onto (like a Yahoo's Answer response). then go back to "Edit" and then select "Paste".

right click on the link you want to post and in the little white box click copy , then go to where ever you want to post it the link, right click in the place you want to post it and in the little white box you will see paste, PASTE it

The best way is to type
http://www.anything.com
This is the correct way using the entire ADDRESS or URL.
Next you can click and drag to highlight an address and then once you have it highlighted right click and choose copy and then whereever you want it to be placed like on another page right click again and click Paste and it will place it on the area you choose.
Play with it a little it does the same thing when placing a link in an e-mail and it will change the color to either blue or purple. Remember it has to be correct. No Spaces and No Comma's
all lower case.

Do you see that bar down there with the red Y! thats looks like that? Well there you have it the bar that looks like this Y! is where you type in your website ... Hope I helped !
