If you are going to do CSS (plain text file with a css extension), then you should go ahead an d get an HTML Editor that will do CSS, HTML, PHP, etc. Any text editor, http://jedit.org/ is good, and a decent tutorial, http://htmldog.com/ has a reasonable one. Notepad, if you're using Windows. A css file is just a text file. |
