How can i know that if i got a good technical service on my web page??? |
i just build a web page and i get an error cannot find server, is that from the company who build my site or a technical problem in my pc,note that all browsers i open ususally open with no prblems and they open fast??? NEVER get your web hosting from the same people that you paid to build your website. This is putting all your eggs in one basket, and gives you no leverage should you ever have a problem. Ideally, you should have THREE accounts... contact support fot hosting, but its probably that youy have configured wrong on html/scripts end Raise a support ticket from your web hosting account, if they do not respond, switch to a different web hosting company like http://aplis.net/ . |
