What is a Myspace layout????please tell me?

and once i get it does the backgroung on the picture come with the layout

Your MySpace profile begins with a plain white background. If you want to change it to something more your style let's say pink hearts or blue stripes then you have to get a code at a website such as http://www.OurAwesomeWorld.com

The background picture does come with it but you can change it if you want to.

Since you are a beginner I suggest you read the tutorials at the site mentioned above http://www.OurAwesomeWorld.com they are detailed and will show you everything you have to do step by step and if you have questions you can send them a message and they will help you:)
