My layout codes won't work?

They don't come out right if someone uses the code from the textarea box on my layout site? How do I fix that? I'm doing everything I can but it won't work and I want to keep my site but I'm literally about to just give up. :'[

If anyone could give me the code to post them without having them mash together or something then that would be really helpful. Please! I am so desperate. Could you give me something thats not the <textarea></textarea> code? PLEASE!
