Myspace..how do you get it to not to say your'e online??

It says I'm online even if I turn on computer (I know this because I checked on my other computer). Is there any way for it to say I'm online only if I'm on MS?? Thanks so much and God bless!

Go under "Edit Profile"
In the right upper corner click on "Account Settings"
Click on "Privacy"
The first option is "Show people when I'm online"
Make sure you hit "Save"

This will make it so that it will never show the online sign, even when you are.

Make sure you logout every time you are done using the site. Going to a different site or closing the internet browser will not always log you out right away.

Do you use anything other program with myspace, like a messenger? Because it could log you in at the start up of your computer and run in the background.

Go to edit profile > Privacy settings > uncheck "Show online"

Usually everyone just X's out of the page
you have to make sure you hit logout.
also be careful because if you go onto lets say a layout site like freeweblayouts.net it can steal your password and then you end up with all these crazy things like the comments and bullitens that make no sense..
so yeh try that!!
