Make me a layout?!?

I'm looking for someone who is experienced in layout making to create a myspace layout for me.

Details:

- very pale (light) blue background color
- has a contact table (default myspace contact table)
- no friend space
- no comment space
- no general interest space
- smallish black text

All colors used should be along these colors:

light pale blue, black, white, if necessary some very pale light yellow.
