How can i make a direct link to comment a picture??

i want to post a bulletin
and then it says like
click here
and went you click 'click here'
it takes you right to the box to post a comment on my picture

click where u want it to link to.. in your case is to post a comment on the picture which u want to link it too (so comment your own picture.. nearly lol)

and paste it into where it says "url of site here"
then type in whatever you want in the display text bit.. in your case "click here" and it'l link it :]
