How can I make my regular profile similar to the looks and format of a music profile page?

What code can do that? I found one on a website but they deleted the code and its possible. I've seen it been done before on another regular non music profile page.

the only real difference is the red music bar at the top, and the comments are centered at the bottom

if you are asking how to get the comments centered like in a band profile, that can be tricky.... but here's a hint

adjust the numbers to position it where you want it
