I'd give you a 7, I like it, but it still looks a bit off. It looks like it can be more organized.

judging by the fact you have a myspace i'd rate your IQ at around 85, maybe 90. your layout suggests it's in the 70s.

i'd give your layout a 2.

im not a big fan of layouts that scroll down forever, and the fact that it has 2 backgrounds that totally clash and have nothingto do with each other makes it suck.
